    D'Arcy played bass for most of the songs on the album before leaving the band. This is the first album with Jimmy Chamberlin's return to the drums. 

    In deluxe gatefold sleeve. Cover is textured. Front and back cover are the same as the CD. The 'plates' inside the booklet are ordered differently, with some appearing twice and others that appeared in the CD booklet, not appearing at all. The "excerpt from Glass and the Machines of God" as written in the back of the CD booklet appears in the vinyl on 2 sheets of velum. The writing is in the same font, but some stylistic differences in the writing are present. It also appears that the text of each excerpt is similar, but not identical since the LP's version ends differently than the CDs version.
